Raised in San Diego, Ann Sinfield has lived, studied, and worked in California and the midwest. After coordinating the curatorial planning for a $45M building expansion, she now manages exhibitions at the Chazen Museum of Art. In March 2018 she completed the Getty Leadership Institute NextGen2018 program.
Ann has been involved in exhibitions for many years, from opening countless wine bottles at gallery receptions, to installation, registration, and now as a curator and project manager. She is a passionate fund-raiser and has participated in a number of efforts, including successful grants from the NEH and NEA, and connecting with private donors to fund exhibition and other projects.
